Coffee farming as a family business.
Under this project Farmers are trained in Book Keeping, Negotiation and Quality Control during the planting, Harvesting and Post-harvest handling Practices. Farmers must know that they must guard their coffee and follow all Good Agriculture Practices and make sure that they guard their Coffee being damaged and protected just like any other business. But more importantly Farmers must keep in mind that Quality Control, Quality planning, quality Assurance and quality improvement all begin with them. So, when farmers take care of quality issues their business is sustainable.
